17.. what?

yes it is true, I am no longer 16! I feel a little sad, but relieved at the same time to have that year past me. I am now closer and closer to becoming 18 which means I'll be and adult. WHAT?

My birthday was so great! it started on Friday I when received some balloons in my 2nd period class that my friends sent me:

excuse my beautiful face/hair. I wasn't actually planning on going to school that day, but Holly texted me about 20 min. before school started and made me go. Now i know why :)

Later that afternoon my friends called me and told me to dress in 80's and neon because they were taking me somewhere that was a surprise, and it turns out these awesome girls took me to SKATELAND! which I know may seem super weird/ghetto, but we have actually been wanting to go and it was sooo fun! it was out in the middle of the creepy part of Mesa and was totally sketchy but it made it that much better! 

afterwards we went and got a treat then went to Shae's and hangout. It was the perfect way to celebrate!! 

I love these girls! 

On Saturday Austin wanted to treat me to a birthday lunch so me, him and Shae went to our favorite place, Liberty Market! 

Saturday afternoon, my lovely sister Amanda took me to get my nails done! I love having having nice, pampered nails :) such a great gift!

And for my birthday I got one gift. the best gift EVER! 

I got an iPhone!!!!!!

Ahhhhh i have been wanting one forever!!!

I have the greatest parents in the world! 

Alrighty, I am ready to see what the world is like as a seventeen year-old!

even though i've heard its not much different than 16..
