All great things must come to an end..

Sadly that statement is true.. this lovely summer that did not include teachers, homework, tests, waking up at 6 a.m.,  stress, basically anything bad in life was on pause. But i can't complain too much as these past few months have been so memorable and amazing! Sooo i thought that i would try and reminisce on some photos that have been captured during these times..  (by the way, these are not in any particular order)

1. Hanging out with my siblings.. mostly sisters, this is a good example of how me and my sister Ashley spend our time at the movies.

2. Me, Holly, Shaelyn, and Kell like to waste our time at the mall (but what girl doesn't?). Usually this includes us going to department stores and thinking we're funny by trying on extremely large clothing.. also running up the "down" escalators..

3. Sometimes coming up with things to do is hard.. which is why on most occasions such as these we end up doing something like this:

explaining either of these events would take way too long so you can just imagine what went on..

4. One night at Chick-fil-a they were giving free meals to whoever came dressed as a cow, so naturally we partook in this unusual opportunity.. mostly because it involved free food.

5. oh, and lets not forget about the "haboobs" that have taken place several times throughout this wonderful monsoon season! my favorite part of the year!

6. If you know me fairly well you know that i LOVE movies! And since its usually a million degrees outside i spend a lot of time and money at the theater! We went to two mid-night showings this summer: Harry Potter, of course, which i am not a big fan of but thats where the party was so i dragged myself there, but we did however see Captain America which was definitely the best movie of the summer! not only because Chris Evans (who i am convinced i am marrying) was featured with his muscles bulging out of his uniform but also because I'm a sucker for super hero movies.

7. Like most times we spent time eating yummy treats and one of our favorites was the Yogurt Ranch. Apparently "fro-yo" is the new cool thing and we discovered that this summer ;)

8. This was most recent. Our friends Nate, Aaron and Bryton decided to host a "Pow-wow" and we dressed up as indians and had a campfire and received our indian names by drawing words ending in "ing" and an animal and i guess that created a suitable indian name.. mine was Sleuthing Walrus. No, there isn't a point to this but it was entertaining & something we had never done before so.. why not?

This Summer was quite interesting and so much more than just these few pictures but i guess its time to go start my Junior year of high school.. wish me luck!
