Me, Shaelyn, and Lindsey were in charge of "The Most Embarrassing Moment" box! People would write funny things that happened to them while at camp and then that night when the whole stake would all gather at the lodge we got to choose and read the ones that we thought were the funniest! We got some really good ones and it was fun to read through all of the funny experiences people had!
As always on the last night we told Mona! An old camp legend of a girl who died at Camp Lo Mia before it was used for church camps and how she still haunts the bridge... we scared some girls really bad!!! We had two of the YCL's dress up as Mona and after the story was told she popped out and the girls went ballistic!! as they ran the other way, the other Moan showed up, i'm pretty sure some of the girls were scarred for life! the best part was, it wasn't only the first years who were freaked out, a lot of them were the other girls who had heard the story and already experienced "seeing Mona".
This year was also really spiritual and I loved all of the lessons that were given and i loved testimony meeting! I can always count on feeling the spirit when i go to Girls Camp and it always helps me grow spiritually.

This makes me very excited to go to camp!! I totally can't believe you are old enough to be a YCL. I swear last year was your first year there. I bet your were a super fun leader. Those girls were LUCKY!!!!
Looks like you had so much fun! I went to Camp Lo Mia for my first two years of girl's camp and LOVED it!! Soooo happy that they still have girl's camp up there after all these years. You are darling as ever. Miss you, girly!!
